We ship products to the United States

  • Free shipping on all orders for domestic states. (Except Alaska, Hawaii)
  • All orders are shipped within 1~3 business days.
  • Due to the size of the products, we cannot ship to a P.O. box or an APO/FPO address.

RETURNS

You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition for up to 10 days after purchase with a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.

  • The return guarantee period is calculated from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • If you received free gifts with your purchase, you must return the free gift as well.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return shipment products. We recommend an insured and trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.

 

WARRANTY

When you need repairs, please make sure you have your warranty card with the date of purchase. In the event of a malfunction while using the product, you are entitled to free repair service for one year from the date of purchase. However, in the event of malfunction due to customer negligence or natural disaster, repairs will be charged, even during the warranty period.

  1. The quality guarantee for this product is covered by the contents of the warranty.
  2. The free warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase. Please write down the date of purchase on the warranty card and store it in a safe location.
  3. The business warranty period (6 months) will take effect when used for industrial purposes.
  4. In the event of customer negligence, there is no guarantee for quality abnormalities such as product damage, malfunction, deformation, or expiration of the warranty period.
  5. Repair may not be possible in the case of external damage or deformation that is not a symptom of the malfunction of the product.
  6. This warranty is not reissued, and damages in case of loss are not guaranteed.
  7. We do not guarantee any transaction service or repairs for transactions between individuals.
  8. In the case of supply under a separate contract (delivery, gift, procurement, etc.), the warranty details are applied according to the main contract.
